This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on Aistro (aistro.in), operated by Zodiac Reflections Astro Research & Consultancy. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

When we issue refunds

• You were charged but your subscription was not activated due to a technical or payment error.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction).
• A payment was deducted but the transaction failed or did not complete.

In these cases we refund the affected amount to your original payment method.

Subscriptions (Aistro for Professionals)

Aistro for Professionals is an invite-only monthly software subscription (Professional at ₹1,499/month, in INR). It begins with a free trial. Billing is manual: you pay the monthly fee by UPI and we confirm it. There is no auto-debit.

• Cancel anytime. Simply stop paying, or email support@aistro.in. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for; nothing is charged after that.
• No charge during the free trial. If you do not pay after the trial, you are not charged.
• A paid month is generally non-refundable once it has started, because the software is available to use for that month.
• We will refund a payment made in error, a duplicate payment, or a payment collected after you cancelled, to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@aistro.in within 7 days of the transaction with your registered phone number and the payment reference (UPI / transaction ID). Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
