Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Aistro website (aistro.in) and the Aistro mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Zodiac Reflections Astro Research & Consultancy ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Aistro provides personalized astrological insights and related tools based on the principles of Vedic astrology, including an AI astrologer you can chat with, readings, reports, and other features. Some features are free and some are paid. Astrological guidance is provided for reflection and general information only and is not professional advice; please see Section 8 and our full Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make purchases. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. Credits and Payments

  • Credits. Paid AI features are powered by credits, where one credit is worth approximately one rupee. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Credits are spent per AI question according to the depth you choose (for example a Flash answer costs fewer credits than a Deep or Master reading). Credits are a personal, non-transferable licence to use paid features. They do not currently expire. Except where required by law or by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, credits are non-refundable, and prices and the credit cost of features may change.
  • How you pay. On the website, payments are processed by Paytm (UPI or card). In the mobile app, purchases are made through the app store (Google Play, or Apple where available, via RevenueCat); where in-app purchase is not available, a secure web payment page is used instead.

6. Aistro Pro

Aistro Pro is an optional consumer subscription that unlocks a set of proactive chart-based features. It costs ₹499 per month plus applicable GST.

  • On the website: you pay for Aistro Pro month by month through Paytm. There is no auto-debit. Your access lasts for the month you have paid for, and you renew by choosing to pay again. To stop, simply do not renew.
  • In the mobile app: Aistro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by the app store (Google Play, or Apple where available). It renews automatically each period until you cancel it in your app-store account settings, and the app store's own billing and refund rules also apply.

7. Aistro for Professionals

Aistro for Professionals is a separate, invite-only monthly software subscription for practitioners (₹1,499 per month). Billing is manual by UPI with no auto-debit and no lock-in. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for its cancellation terms.

8. Consultations and Remedy Concierge

  • Consultations are paid, one-to-one human sessions delivered personally, and are booked and paid for separately from in-app credits. They are offered as guidance only. Astro-Ayurveda and holistic wellness sessions provide general wellbeing and lifestyle guidance and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not claim to cure, treat, or prevent any disease (consistent with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954). Astro-Vaastu and Jyotisha sessions are guidance only.
  • Remedy Concierge. When you tap "Arrange this with Aistro" on a remedy suggestion, we receive a request that our team fulfils by hand. There is no in-app purchase of physical remedy items. Any sourcing, pricing, payment, and delivery of a physical item is arranged separately with you by agreement, and remedies are suggested for support and reflection, with no guaranteed outcome.

9. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, software, and the underlying astrology engine and prompts, is proprietary and confidential to Zodiac Reflections Astro Research & Consultancy. You may not attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer it, misuse the Service, or use it to harm others.

10. Disclaimer

The Service and any content or guidance it provides are for reflection and general information only and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Astrological prediction is not an exact science, no outcome is guaranteed, and AI output may be inaccurate. Please read our full Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zodiac Reflections Astro Research & Consultancy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
